Aarti Industries intends to set up a pesticides unit with a capacity of 60,100 tpa at GIDC Estate, in Bharuch district of Gujarat.

The project will include synthetic organic chemicals of 1,30,900 tpa, co-products generated from manufacturing process of 10,480 tpa and co-generation power unit of 4.9 MW.

Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEF&CC) has accorded environmental clearance for the project.

The project will create employment opportunities for 1,500 people.
