AD Estate Developers plans to construct 5-Star hotel at Ramgarh Tal Pariyojna in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh.

The project will spread over 20,241.65 sq mtr of land, comprising a tower of 23 floors along with parking facility for 1,694 vehicles including various infrastructural amenities.

The company has received environment clearance from SEIAA, Uttar Pradesh and awaiting some local approvals for the project.

The work on the project is expected to commence by July 2022.
