Asahi Songwon Colors Limted Ahamedbad a global leader in Blue Pigments today announced that it has entered into a Joint Venture Agreement with Tennants Textile Colours Limited (TTC) of UK for putting up a State of the art Red & Yellow pigment plant. Asahi will hold 51% shareholding and TTC will hold 49% shareholding in the Joint venture company. The Joint Venture will be called Asahi Tennants Color Private Limited.
