Banke Bihari Overseas Pvt. Ltd. has an existing unit for manufacturing of Formaldehyde with the production capacity 26,400 MTPA (80 MTPD) at Sampla-Beri Road, Ismaila, 11-B, Distt. Rohtak, Haryana.

Now the company is proposing capacity expansion of Formaldehyde manufacturing from 80 TPD to 250 TPD.

The existing project is located in a 0.54 ha land at Sampla-Beri Road, Ismaila, 11-B, Distt. Rohtak, Haryana.

There is no forest land involved in this 0.54 ha of land. The geographical location of the Existing plant lies from Latitude- 28°45'56.6"N to Longitude- 76°44'05.1"E The plant site is well connected with the rail and road connectivity.

The Existing project site is situated at Sampla-Beri road and 2.6 kms from NH-10 in North East Direction (Delhi- Rohtak Corridor).

The capital cost for the existing unit is Rs. 482 lakhs which includes land, building, plant & machinery. After the proposed expansion, the total estimated cost of the unit will be approx. Rs. 900 Lakhs.
