Bellatrix Aerospace (India) is planning to set up spacecraft manufacturing unit including satellites & suborbital and spacecraft launch vehicles at Aerospace SEZ in Bengaluru district of Karnataka.

The project will come up over four acre of land parcel. In June 2022, Land Allotment Committee (LAC) of KIADB approved the allotment of land for the project and recommended to State-Level Single Window Clearance Committee (SLSWCC) for its approval.

Land acquisition process is underway for the project.

Contractor and machinery supplier are yet to be finalised for the project.
