Leading road developers IRB Infrastructure Developers has announced the completion of ₹2,290-crore Kaithal - Rajasthan border highway four-laning project. The Kaithal Tollway Pvt. Ltd. (KTPL), the special purpose vehicle (SPV) developing the project, opened the road on September 8. The166-km stretch is part of NH 65, which starts from Ambala in Haryana and ends at Pali in Rajasthan, takes the number of Build-operate-transfer projects under Operations and Maintenance contracts in IRB Infra’s portfolio to eight.
