Brigade Group has inked joint development agreement (JDA) to develop around 2.1 million sq ft in Chennai, Tamil Nadu.

The land, located at Perumbakkam, is spread over 15 acre of land parcel. The company will be developed as a large residential township.

The project will have a revenue realisation of over Rs 1,500 crore in about five years.
