Capacit'e Infraprojects has bagged two orders from Radius Developer worth Rs 300 crore. Both the projects will be developed in Mumbai.

The first contract is for approximately Rs 185 crore. Radius Developer has joined hands with DB Realty to construct an 80 floors high-rise project at Mahalaxmi.

The second contract is for approximately Rs 120 crore and will be developed at Santacruz. Radius Developer is developing this project under a joint venture with Sumer Group.

Capacite Infraprojects has recently received regulatory clearance for their initial public offering (IPO).

The firm is backed by private equity firms New Quest Asia and Paragon Partners.
