Mahindra Lifespaces Developers is constructing a residential complex 'Centralis' at Boisar in Thane district of Maharashtra.
The project will spread over 4.30 acre of land and comprise four buildings of G+13 floors with 400 units, including modern amenities. The residential project has been registered under Maharashtra RERA.

As per the latest information available with Projects Today, work on the project is underway with completion scheduled for December 2022.
