The Central Public Works Department (CPWD) has issued tenders for construction of permanent campus of Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIT), Raichur in the state of Karnataka.

The scope work comprises construction of academic block, administrative block, director residence, faculty residence block, boys and girls hostel, dining hall & amenities, gates and market place including civil electrical & mechanical external developments and bulk services on engineering, procurement and construction (EPC) basis.

The estimated cost of the project is Rs 110.01 crore with completion period of 12 months.
