The promoted company is limited company & site of project is located at Village- Dad, Tehsil Ludhiana, District- Ludhiana, Punjab. AGI Infra Limited have so far acquired 12.306 acres of land after getting CLU & approved by Govt. of Punjab. The project proponent plan to construct 26 stories building in proposed project and plan the construction in two phases. In first phase, project proponent plan to construct 448 Flats having 15th stories.

The total project cost will be Rs 197.5 Crores including land.

The project site is well connected to the parts of the Urban Estate Phase-I Jallandhar. The project site is on 66 feet vide road.

The plot area is 49800.2 m2 (12.306acre) and estimated built-up area after expansion will be 1,48,406 m2.

The total water requirement for the project will be about 223 KLD out of which domestic fresh water demand will be approx. 176 KLD.
