Empyrean Landmarks is planning to develop a residential complex Leela at Kharadi in Pune district of Maharashtra.

The project will spread over 2.93 acre of land parcel. The project will see development of five buildings with total 288 flats and clubhouse including parking provision.

Work on the project is expected to commence by August 2022.

Empyrean Landmarks has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra for the project.
