Shree Balaji Associates Pune, a Goel Ganga Group Company, is planning to develop a residential-cum-commercial complex, Ganga Platinum at Kharadi in Pune district of Maharashtra.

The project will spread over 2.79 acre of land parcel. The residential-cum-commercial complex will comprise building A, B & C wings and 15 shops, club house including parking provision.

Shree Balaji Associates Pune has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra for the project.
