The State government has given technical sanction to construct a a new bridge across the Korappuzha. Funds to the tune of Rs. 27.17 crore had been approved and the Vadakara-based Uralungal Labour Contract Cooperative Society Limited would begin the work shortly, Transport Minister V. K. Saseendran said recently.
