Greenfinch Projects is developing a residential complex Greenfinch Habitat at Chikkanahalli in Bengaluru district of Karnataka.

The project will see development of three wings with 298 flats, A wing of B+G+12 floors, B & C wings of B+G+13 floors including various modern amenities.

The developers have received environment clearance (EC) for the project. Around five percent work on the A wing has been completed with completion re-scheduled for December 2025.

Work on the remaining wings is expected to commence soon.
