Gulf Petrochem India is planning to set up a bitumen refinery in Gujarat. The project worth Rs 3,600 crore is expected to come up near a port in Saurashtra.
Till April 2019, Gulf Petrochem India was awaiting for management approvals for the project. Work on the refinery is yet to commence.

As per the latest development mapped by Projects Today, the project is under initial stage as exact location is not yet finalised.
