HPR Infra Projects is developing a residential-cum-commercial complex at Hafeezpet village, in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.

The project will include two blocks, one residential block of cellar+S+8 upper floors and one commercial block of G+1 floor including various modern amenities.

In November 2021, HPR Infra Projects received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Telangana for the project.

Basement work on the project was underway with completion scheduled for July 2023.
