IMP Powers Ltd (IMP) has successfully commissioned its pilot, 4x5kW = 20 KW, Hydro-kinetic Project at Neyveli Lignite Corporation India Limited, Tamil Nadu, India. It is a Break-Through Technology introduced first time in India by IMP which will partly substitute conventional energy sources for sustainable development of country. It is working at more than 75% Plant Load Factor (PLF).

IMP plans to commercialize / Indianise this technology shortly.

Shares of IMP POWERS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs.101.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 106.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17379 in over 87 trades.
