Neev Sai Developers is planning to develop residential complex 'Itrend Life' at Wakad in Pune district of Maharashtra.
The complex will spread over 1.85 acre of land and comprises of two towers. Tower 1 A comprises plinth+two podium+13 floors with 70 flats and 20 shop and Tower 1 B will see development of plinth+two podium+13 floors with 70 flats.

Tower 2 A comprises plinth+two podium+ 13 floors with 70 flats and Tower 2 B involves plinth+two podium+13 floors with 73 flats.

In August 2019, Neev Sai Developers received environment clearance (EC) from the Maharashtra State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA).

As per latest information available with Projects Today, the project is still under planning stage.
