Joyville Shapoorji Housing will make an investment of Rs 700 crore in land acquisition.

The Rs 1,240 crore platform was established by Shapoorji Pallonji, Actis, International Finance Corporation and Asian Development Bank for the development of housing projects.

The company is looking to take the project count to 17–18 in the next 18 months from 11 now.

The company has deployed around Rs 1,000 crore and balance of Rs 240 crore will also be deployed in Pune, Maharashtra. The funds from this platform are used only for land acquisition and construction.

The company’s priority is Delhi-NCR followed by Mumbai and Bengaluru. The company intends to close at least two transactions in Delhi by the end of 2022.
