KLJ Developers Private Limited is planning to set up KLJ Residential Group Housing Colony at Sector 77, Faridabad, Haryana.

The proposed project of KLJ Residential Group Housing Colony located at VillageNeemka, Sector-77, Faridabad, Haryana.

M/s Cadillac Buildwell Pvt. Ltd. has been merged with M/s KLJ Developers Pvt Ltd.

Plot area of 207198 Sq. m (51.20 Acre), builtup area (excluding basement area) of 362595 Sq. m. The construction work for some of the towers has been completed and also received consent to operate dated 08.01.2018 for built up area 359399.534 sqm.

Now, due to change in planning the built-up area (including basement area) has been increased from 510377.12 Sqm to 612930.366 sqm. Since, the built-up area is more than 1,50,000 sqm.

Out of 49 Residential Towers, 38 towers have been completed and in rest of the towers construction has not been started yet.
