Dynamix Contractors & Builders, a group company of DB Realty, plans slum Rehabilitation 'Divum' for Shivpuri Pragati SRA Co-operative Society at Malad in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
The project will spread over 0.90 acre of land and comprise a tower of two plinth+eight podium+44 floors with 232 flats, including modern amenities.
As per latest information to Projects Today, work on the project is expected to commence by October 2019.
