Health and Sports Minister Anil Vij on Monday laid foundation stones of a subdivisional-level mini-secretariat and the building of a state central library in Ambala Cantonment. He said, “The mini-secretariat will be a four-storey building and all government offices, will come under one roof. The project will cost Rs 4,152 lakh and it is likely to be completed in two years.” Targeting previous governments, the minister said, “Previous governments indulged in corrupt practices. Money used to be sought for transfers. The BJP has ended corruption and brought transparency. Jobs are being given on the merit and nearly 54,000 government jobs have been given so far. Vij said, The BSP forms and calls off alliances on a regular basis. Earlier, it had an alliance with Kuldeep Bishnoi, then INLD and now with Rajkumar Saini. Let’s see how many days it works. About having an alliance partner, he said the BJP wouldn’t have an alliance with any party and would contest elections alone.
