Mohan Mutha Farms intends to develop a residential-cum-commercial complex in Kancheepuram district of Tamil Nadu.

The project will spread over 21.95 acre of land parcel and attached villas, attached row houses, commercial components block, hotel, club house and parking facility.

Mohan Mutha Farms is awaiting environment clearance and other local permissions for the project.

Work on the project is expected to commence by October 2022.
