Pharmaceuticals company Natco Pharma Ltd has said that it has executed definitive agreement and subscribed to 7.5 percent of the paid-up equity share capital of OMRV Hospitals Pvt Ltd (OMRV). According to the company, the investment amount was Rs 7.50 crore.

OMRV operates under brand name of “PACE Hospital”, which is a super specialty hospital presently operating in Hyderabad, Telangana. The hospital focuses on tertiary care services in the field of medical and surgical gastroenterology, hepatology, nephrology, urology, GI oncology and andrology.

Natco Pharma was incorporated in Hyderabad in the year 1981 with an initial investment of Rs 3.3 million and 20 employees. It currently has seven manufacturing facilities with research laboratories, and has more than 4000 employees. Natco Pharma is engaged in developing, manufacturing and marketing finished dosage formulations (FDF) and active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs). It is also well recognized for its innovation in Pharmaceutical Research & Development.
