NBCC (India) is working as project management consultant and will get consultancy fee on the project cost at the rate of 6.50 per cent. Revenue booking from the projects will start from September, it said. The projects are redevelopment of ITPO complex at Pragati Maidan, New Dehi worth ₹2,149.93 crore (by Shapoorji Pallonji); and ₹870.15-crore canal work for Gosikhurd National Project, Bhandra, Uttar Pradesh (by Punj Lloyd). The stock closed with a gain of 2.4 per cent at ₹213.5 on the NSE.
