One97 Communications, an owner of Paytm brand plans to construct institutional building at Sector- 159, Noida in Gautam Budh Nagar district of Uttar Pradesh.

The project will spread over 40,000 sq mtr of land, comprising 2 towers (Tower-1 with 2 Basements + 15 floors and Tower-2 with 2 Basement + 3 floors) with a multi-level car parking.

The work on the project is expected to start by July 2022.

The project also received an environment clearance from SEIAA, Uttar Pradesh.
