PAM Infrastructures is planning to develop a residential-cum-commercial complex at Malonde village, in Palghar district of Maharashtra.

The project will come up over 6.62 acre of land parcel and comprise 436 flats and 80 shops and a club house along with parking facility.

Work on the project is expected to commence by July 2022.

PAM Infrastructures has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra.
