Joyville Shapoorji Housing is planning to develop two housing projects. Joyville Hinjewadi will come up at Man village in Pune district of Maharashtra

The project will spread over 8.16 acre of land and comprise six towers. Of the six towers --Tower 1 and 3 will comprise 19 floors and 155 flats each; Tower 2 and 4 will be of 18 floors with 147 flats each, and Tower 5 and 6 of 22 floors with 147 flats

The project registered under Maharashta RERA will be developed in six phases

Another project, Joyville Gurugram-I is being developed at Kherki Majra in Gurugram district of Haryana

The project will spread over 18 acre of land, comprise two towers of G+20 floors with two BHK, 235 flats including modern amenities like lifts, fire fighting systems, car parking, gymnasium, clubhouse, children's play area and so on
