Covai Property Centre (India) is developing residential villas 'Covai Chinmayam' at Annur in Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu

The project will spread over 6.6 acre of land and comprise 82 villas which include modern amenities

it was learnt that around 50 percent work on the project was over with completion scheduled for January 2020. Shree Mahalakshmi Constructions is associated with project as contractor and S Dinesh Anand is the architect
