Polaad Steel & Power is planning to set up a sponge iron manufacturing unit with a capacity of 2.52 lakh tpa at Mul MIDC Industrial Area in Maharashtra.

The project will also include mild steel billets unit and rolling mill.

Land acquisition process is underway.

Work on the project is expected to commence by January 2023.
