Prince Aly Khan Hospital to develop residential complex in Mumbai

Prince Aly Khan Hospital is developing a residential complex at Mazgaon in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
The project worth Rs 700 crore will spread over 62,894.16 sq mtr of land, comprises twin towers of two basement+57 and 48 floors with various modern amenities. In January 2019, Prince Aly Khan Hospital received environment clearance (EC) for the project.

As per information gathered by Projects Today, shore piling work on the project is underway. Prince Aly Khan Hospital is likely to go for RERA registration in September 2019.
