Ramco Systems Ltd, the Chennai-based IT company, will set up its Asia-Pacific Centre of Excellence for Workforce Innovation in Melbourne. This is to attract technology talent from Australia to design and develop cloud-based solutions to address HR challenges.
The centre will be located at Ramco�s Oceania headquarters in Melbourne�s Southbank district, which is emerging as a major technological hub and one of Asia-Pacific�s most promising start-up ecosystems.

The centre will also be a hub for testing new-age technologies such as chatbots, facial recognition based time and attendance and other productivity tools.
