The National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) has declared the appointed date as 30 January 2019 for Gurgaon-Sohna Highway’s road project. The Gurgaon-Sohna Highway is a wholly-owned subsidiary of HG Infra Engineering (HGIEL)

The scope of work involves six-laning and strengthening of new NH-248A from the existing 11.682 km to 24.400 km in the state of Haryana. Package-2 existing ch 11.682 km to 24.400 km (design ch from 9.282 to 22.000 km) under NHDP Phase-IV on hybrid annuity mode

The project will entail an investment of Rs 606 crore and has a construction period of 2.5 years with operation period of 15 years. The operation and maintenance cost for the first year of the project is Rs four crore
