The Central Electronics Limited (CEL) has invited bids for the implementation of 11.12 MW of grid-connected rooftop solar PV projects at 35 sites of the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) labs across India

The projects will be developed under RESCO model. The brief scope of work includes site survey, design, engineering, manufacture, supply, storage, erection, testing, and commissioning of the rooftop solar PV projects

The successful bidder will also be responsible for the operation and maintenance (O&M) of the grid-connected solar PV projects for a period of 25 years

The last date for the submission of bids is February 21, 2019. The techno-commercial bids will open on the same date
