Salasar Iron & Steel intends to raise ingots and billets (induction furnace) capacity from 29,000 tpa to 3,65,000 tpa in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.

The project will also see expansion of re-rolling mill capacity from 91,250 tpa to 3,65,000 tpa.

The company is awaiting environment clearance for the project. Salasar Iron & Steel is expected to commence work on the project from September 2022.
