Samrat Laboratories proposed Setting up a Formaldehyde manufacturing unit at Harpur Alloth, Samastipur, Bihar.

Cost of the project is 7.50 Crores.

Capacity of project is 100 MTPD.

Green belt will be maintained to control the odour problem, About 33% of the total area is under the green cover. About 600 no of samplings will be planted under GB development programme.

Total land area of the proposed project is 2.50 acre. The greenbelt will also be developed at the site in an estimated area of 0.8 acre.
