Selvaraja Mills has envisaged plan for developing a cotton yarn manufacturing unit at Chandrapuram in Coimbatore district of Tamil Nadu. The unit will have a capacity of producing 3,500 spindles.

The unit will see an investment to the tune of Rs 120 crore and will span over nine acre of land.

In a recent update shared with Projects Today team, it was revealed that land has been acquired for setting up the unit. The design and survey work for the unit is underway and civil work on the project is expected to begin by April 2019.
