Shital Buildtech plans to develop a residential-cum-commercial complex 'Green Homes' at Rahimpur, Parsa in Patna district of Bihar.

The project will spread over 12.28 acres of land, comprises total 8 blocks with total 888 flats with commercial & convenient shopping block. The project will also have a club house along with parking facility for 1,052 vehicles.

The company is awaiting environment clearance and other local permissions for the project.

Work on the project was expected to commence by October 2022.
