SJP Hotel & Resort Pvt. Ltd. has proposed to develop T-5 Commercial Project at Plot No. 5(T5) , International Business Bay-1, Sushant Golf city, Hi-Tech Township, Sultanpur Road, Lucknow, U.P. Which will be coming under Sushant Golf city, Hi-Tech Township.

The total plot area of township area is 93,405.30 M2and green area is 9350.00 M2 . In this township, M/s SJP Hotel & Resort Pvt. Ltd obtained Permissible Ground coverage area 2590.00M2 for develop T-5 Commercial Project. The proposed T-5 Commercial Project will comprise of Shops, Guest Room, Service apartments, offices and banquet Hall. And its built-up- Area is 32,027.01 m2.

The Proposed estimated built-up area of 93,405.30 m2. Total built up Area is 32,027.01 m2.

The T-5 Commercial project will provide good infrastructure facilities and state of the art technology and will be developed taking into account ecofriendly features in order to provide a healthier environment. There is no change in any details of existing project.

The water during operation phase will be provided through the municipal supply. The total water requirement is approx. 153KLD, out of which total domestic water requirement is 68 KLD. The fresh water requirement is approx. 21 KLD. The additional demand of 74.44 KLD of treated water for HVAC will be fulfilled by nearby CSTP. The water requirement for the construction phase will be 503 KL and the demand for the same will be provided by nearby STPs.

Power will be supplied by Uttar Pradesh Power Corporation Limited (UPPCL). The connected load for the project will be approx 7391.64 KW which will be supplied by 4 transformers of capacity 2500 kVA each at100% loading.

The project will spread over 1.82 acre land parcel. The project comprises a tower which includes retail, multiplex, offices along with parking facility.

Total cost of the project is approx 100 Crores including land cost.

The company is awaiting environment clearance for the project. Work on the project is expected to begin by September 2022.
