Sohini Builders is planning to develop a residential-cum-IT complex in Ranga Reddy district of Telangana.

The project will see development of nine residential towers and two IT towers along with parking facility for four and two-wheelers.

Sohini Builders is awaiting environment clearance for the project.

Work on the project is expected to commence by October 2022.
