Sooraj Agro Distilleries is planning to set up a multigrain distillery (ethanol) manufacturing unit at Havanur in Haveri district of Karnataka.

The ethanol manufacturing unit will have a capacity of 200 klpd. The project will spread over 29.3 acre of land parcel.

Sooraj Agro Distilleries is awaiting environment clearance and other approvals for the project.

Contractor and machinery supplier are yet to be finalised for the project.
