Superior Biofuels is planning to set up a grain-based distillery unit in Muzaffarnagar district of Uttar Pradesh.

The distillery will have a capacity of 300 klpd along with six MW co-generation captive power plant.

Superior Biofuels is still awaiting environment clearance (EC) for the project.

The company is in process to achieve financial closure for the project. Work on the project is expected to commence by September 2022.
