Supreme Palatial Developers is constructing a residential complex Supreme Estia in Pune district of Maharashtra.

The project will see development of five buildings with total 650 flats and two clubhouse including parking provision. The project is being implemented in three phases.

Supreme Palatial Developers has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Maharashtra for the project.

Under Phase-I, RCC work has been completed on A & B building; in Phase 2, fourth floor slab work is in progress on C building; and under Phase-3, plinth work has been completed on D building and plinth level work is in progress for E building.

The residential complex is expected to be completed by December 2025.
