Surat Municipal Corporation has invited bids for development of integrated group housing facility.

The scope of work includes development of integrated group housing facility at T. P. Scheme No. 7 (Anjana), F.P. No. 191, Gandhinagar, Chimni Tekro, Juno Depo and Ishlampura at Anjana in Surat, Gujarat on public private partnership (PPP) basis as per Gujarat Slum Rehabilitation Policy (PPP)-2013 under Mukhya Mantri Gruh Yojana (included in PMAY-ISSR).

The estimated value of the works is Rs 143 crore.
