The proposed project is Expansion of Group Housing Colony located at Sector - 19, Village Kamaspur, District Sonipat, Haryana by M/s TDI Infrastructure Ltd.

The land has been allotted to M/s TDI Infrastructure Ltd from Town and Country Planning Department (Haryana Government) vide License No. 1065-1068 of 2006 for setting up of Group Housing Colony. have been granted Environmental Clearance for the development of Group Housing-cum-Shopping Complex for a total plot area of 77220.5 sqm, built-up area of 87459.07 sqm for Group Housing Colony and 39072.05 sqm for shopping complex in the name of M/s Intime Promoters Pvt. Ltd.

The name of the company has been changed to M/s TDI Infrastructure Limited (Name change certificate enclosed in Section E)

Now, due to change in planning and revision in sanctioned building plan for group housing, we are going for expansion for the Group housing colony only. 80% of the construction has already been completed as per the Environment Clearance granted. After the proposed expansion, the plot area will be 51152.84 sqm (12.64 acres) and the built-up area will increase to 108092.1 sqm. Since the built-up area of the project is less than 1,50,000 sqm.

The total plot area of the project will be 51152.84 sqm (12.64 acres) out of which 12793.04 sqm will be utilized as Ground Coverage. The total FAR Area will be 89470.22 sqm and the Non-FAR Area will be 6172.27 sqm. The total basement area of the project will be 11985.5603 sqm and area for community facility and shopping will be 464 sqm. Hence the total built-up area of the project will be 108092.1 sqm. The maximum no. of floors will be S + 14 with a maximum height of 44.9 m. (upto terrace level) Residential towers, EWS, Service personnel, nursery schools, commercial and community facilities will be constructed. For the proposed project , 80% of the construction has been done as per the Environment Clearance granted.
