Telecommunications Consultants India has invited two separate bids for works at National Institute of Technology, Delhi.

The scope of work includes technical pre-qualification of contractors for construction of academic building of B+G+7 storey, external development works and other associated works and services at National Institute of Technology, Delhi Campus on EPC basis (Package-I).

The estimated value of the work is Rs 250 crore with completion period of 24 months.

Another tender is for technical pre-qualification of contractors for construction of residential tower with at least 60 units of four BHK apartments comprising of B+G+14 storey, construction of hostel building for minimum 800 students’ capacity on twin sharing basis comprising of B+G+10 storey, construction of director residence of G+one storey and other associated works and services at National Institute of Technology, Delhi Campus on EPC basis (Package-II).

The estimated cost of the work is Rs 175 crore with completion period of 24 months.
