Trimurti Greenfield Private Limited is a registered company having its registration office at Flat No. A-17, Chourangi Complex, Nagala Park, Near Zilla Parishad, E Ward, Kolhapur-416003. The company is planning to install 110 KLPD Multi-feed distillery to manufacture 110 KLPD Rectified Spirit (RS)/ 105 KLPD Extra Neutral Alcohol (ENA)/ 105 KLPD Ethanol.

The proposed plant will be installed at Plot No. C-10, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation (MIDC) Growth Center Shirala, Tal. Shirala, Dist. Sangli, Maharashtra-415408. The MIDC area is situated about 10 km distance west from Pune- Bangalore Highway NH-4.

The proposed distillery envisages to utilize Cane Juice/ syrup/C/B Heavy Molasses depending on the market demand and availability of raw materials to manufacture RS/ENA/Ethanol.

TGPL proposes to procure sugarcane juice equivalent to 1030 MT/ Day cane crushing (1470 MT/Day) from a Khandsari Unit established in Shirala MIDC and Nearby Sugar Units to run the plant during sugar season. TGPL proposes to procure molasses from the Khandsari Unit Shivaji Cane Processors Ltd and other nearby sugar factories like Sharad Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd. Kolhapur Shri. Chhatrapati Rajaram Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd. Dudhganga Vedganga Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd.

The aggregated capital investment for the proposed 110 KLPD Distillery has been estimated at Rs. 148.53 Crores.
