Venya Developers is developing a residential-cum-commercial complex “German Green City” at Bhat, Gandhinagar in the state of Gujarat.

The project will spread over 1.9 acres of land parcel and comprises total three buildings with four blocks of Cellar 1+ Cellar 2+ G+ 13 floors with 208 flats & 28 offices/shops including parking provision for 336 four-wheelers.

Basement work on the project is underway. The project is expected to be completed by December 2024.

Venya Developers has received environment clearance from State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Gujarat.
