Vidiyal Residency is planning to develop housing facility for industrial workers at Nagamangalam village in Krishnagiri district of Tamil Nadu under Affordable Rental Housing Complexes (ARHCs) Scheme of Government of India.

The project will spread over 64.62 acre of land parcel. The housing project will see development of 14 blocks of LG+G+7 floors with parking facilities.

Work on the project is expected to commence by July 2022.

Vidiyal Residency has received environment clearance from the State Environment Impact Assessment Authority (SEIAA), Tamil Nadu.
